Inspired by an insatiable curiosity and informed by social and climate justice, my genre-defying work is hard to put into a box. What can I say, I’m a certified yes person who loves chasing impulses and a good story!

My published work covers anything from arts + culture, outdoor adventure, travel, health + wellness, news and consumer insights. Though my interests are diverse, feminism and human rights tend to be the narrative ties that bind.

My client work is grounded in communications for liberation. I partner with values-aligned organizations that strive toward equity, using engaging storytelling as a tool to remove structural barriers, while uplifting and celebrating underrepresented communities. I live in Vancouver, Canada but you don’t have to—I work with clients in different sectors all over the world.
